We are actively searching for a dynamic Dispatch/Customer Service representative who can assist scheduling appointments with our amazing clients who are in need of our services, and communicating with our friendly technicians to help dispatch them as efficiently as possible. This position offers steady hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, along with group benefits, paid training, bonuses and commissions.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service, time management, and basic computer skills. Additionally, experience with trades admin is necessary, along with the ability to work well under pressure and a self-starter mindset. If you have strong organizational skills and a confident telephone manner, you could be the perfect candidate for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
