The following terms apply to select offers and features shown on this website, including Comfort Club benefits, 15YR Warranty, Lifetime Repair, and Flexible 0 Percent Payment Options. All offers are available only to customers within Affordable Comfort’s regular service area and may change without notice.

Comfort Club Benefits

Unlimited Number of Service Calls

• "Unlimited" means there is no set cap on the number of times an active Comfort Club member can request service visits during the membership term.
• Standard diagnostic and repair charges still apply unless otherwise specified in your chosen Comfort Club plan.
• Member discounts on repairs (as outlined in the plan) are applied to eligible repairs.

After-Hours / Weekend Repairs

• After-hours and weekend service is available for urgent comfort or safety issues and is subject to technician availability.
• Additional after-hours or emergency fees may apply; where applicable, Comfort Club repair discounts are applied to eligible charges.
• Response times are not guaranteed, but Comfort Club members receive priority over non-plan customers.

Diagnosis of Primary Heating and/or Cooling Equipment

• Refers to the main furnace, boiler, heat pump or central air conditioner serving the home.
• Diagnosis includes technician travel, assessment, and recommendations; repairs, parts, and additional work are billed separately, less any applicable Comfort Club discounts.
• Additional systems or accessories are covered only as specified in the member’s selected plan.

Priority Service and 24/7 Support Centre

• Members have access to a 24/7 support centre to schedule service, report issues, and receive basic troubleshooting by phone.
• On-site visits are completed during regular hours or after-hours based on urgency and technician availability.
• Comfort Club members are scheduled ahead of non-plan customers whenever possible.

Comfort Club General Conditions

• Benefits apply only while membership is active and payments are up to date.
• Benefits are non-transferable to another property and may not be combined with all other offers.

15YR Warranty*

• 15-year warranty applies only to qualifying new equipment installations completed by Affordable Comfort and clearly noted as eligible on your quote/invoice.
• Warranty includes manufacturer parts coverage plus Affordable Comfort labour coverage as specified in your installation documents.
• Customer responsibilities:
• Register equipment if required by the manufacturer.
• Maintain the equipment according to manufacturer recommendations (filter changes, annual service) performed by Affordable Comfort or another licensed contractor.
• Warranty excludes consumables (filters, batteries, pads), cosmetic damage, damage due to misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.

Lifetime Repair*

• Lifetime repair applies only to the specific part and repair completed by Affordable Comfort on the invoice date.
• Coverage is valid for as long as you own the home where the repair was performed, provided the equipment is properly installed, used, and maintained.
• If the same part fails again under normal use, we will repair or replace that part at no additional charge for the part itself. A diagnostic or dispatch fee may apply.
• Failures caused by different components, pre-existing issues, system-wide problems, neglect, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or acts of nature are not covered.

Flexible 0 Percent Payment Options* (Financing OAC)

• 0 percent payment options are available on approved credit (OAC) through third-party financing partners on select equipment and services.
• Eligibility, term length, payment amount, and any admin fees are defined in your financing agreement and may vary by promotion, product, and credit profile.
• Not all customers or products will qualify; if you are not approved, other payment options may be available.
• Late or missed payments may void promotional 0 percent terms and result in interest or fees charged by the financing provider.
• Affordable Comfort is not the lender and is not responsible for decisions made by the financing provider.

General

• All prices and offers are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Offers may not be combined with certain other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise in writing.
• All services are performed according to applicable codes, safety standards, and Affordable Comfort’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
• The terms in effect on your signed quote, contract, or membership agreement will apply to that specific job or membership term.
