*Qualifying equipment for your annual maintenance includes: gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps (including geothermal), air handlers and high-velocity air handlers, boilers, tankless and tank water heaters, ductless systems, gas fireplaces, HRV/ERV systems, air cleaners, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers. For your 10% Member Discount and Equipment Discount only, qualifying equipment also includes water treatment systems and softeners, whole-home filtration, sump pumps, well pumps, standby generators and transfer switches, electrical panels and subpanels, and EV chargers. Equipment qualification is at the discretion of Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling.

How much is the membership?

$19.99/month + HST ($22.59/month with HST), one flat price, billed monthly, with no upfront costs.

What's included in my membership?

One annual preventative maintenance visit each for your heating, cooling, water heater, and air quality systems. Plus 10% off your entire service invoice (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, including the diagnostic fee), 5% off new qualifying equipment up to $500 per invoice, priority scheduling, 24/7 support, and the 15-Year True Comfort Warranty on new Trane systems.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel at any time with written notice, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee.

What is the Comfort Club maintenance plan?

Comfort Club is our whole-home HVAC membership. It covers:

One annual preventative maintenance visit per core system
10% off the whole invoice on service work, no cap
5% off new equipment, up to $500 per invoice
Priority scheduling and 24/7 support

How much does maintenance cost without the plan?

Maintenance is $149 + HST per visit when booked outside the membership. As a member, one visit per core system is already included in your $19.99/month.

What equipment qualifies?

For your annual maintenance: gas and electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps (including geothermal), air handlers, boilers, tankless and tank water heaters, ductless systems, gas fireplaces, HRV/ERV systems, air cleaners, humidifiers, and dehumidifiers.

For the 10% service and equipment discounts only, qualifying equipment also includes water treatment systems and softeners, whole-home filtration, sump and well pumps, standby generators and transfer switches, electrical panels and subpanels, and EV chargers. Final qualification is at Affordable Comfort's discretion.

How does the 10% service discount work?

You get 10% off your entire service invoice, labour, parts, and the diagnostic fee, on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with no cap. It applies to repairs, service, and maintenance, but not to new equipment purchases (see the Equipment Discount below).

How does the equipment discount work?

Members get 5% off new qualifying equipment we supply and install, up to a maximum of $500 per eligible equipment invoice. See the Comfort Club Membership Agreement for full terms.

What if I have more than 4 systems?

Your membership includes one heating, one cooling, one water heater, and one air quality unit. Add maintenance for any additional unit for $69.99 + HST per year (regularly $149.99 + HST).

What if I relocate?

Your membership moves with you. Let us know at least 30 days before your move, and we'll set you up with coverage at your new home within our service area, subject to availability.
