Affordable Comfort is seeking a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their homes. What You’ll Do:

• Meet with qualified residential leads to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, indoor air quality, and energy-efficiency options.
• Build trust through consultative sales and exceptional customer service.
• Generate and close sales opportunities while delivering value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with installation, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.
• Represent Affordable Comfort professionally within the community and marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of proven residential HVAC sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in consultative, in-home sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling residential plumbing services and solutions.
• Experience selling residential electrical services and solutions.
• Knowledge of financing options and home comfort systems.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
