We are looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in our growing company all while maintaining a well established network. The successful sales representative will create new sales opportunities and close sales. This position comes with a base salary with commission and the right candidate will be self-motivated, hungry for success and ready to overcome challenges with the support of the head quarters team.
Job Description:
Build an Understanding of your customers needs in order to deliver custom solutions.
Formulate a sales plan to ensure sales revenue is attained or exceeded
Strong comprehensive knowledge of product and services offered
Create and manage quotes for customers as well follow ups
Build trusting relationship with team members
Initiate contact with existing and potential clients
Follow up on leads promptly
Keep informed of competitors products, services and prices
Confidently communicate verbally and written with vendors and clients of many different education and diverse background
Meet with customers both in and out the office
Be knowledgeable about our product lines; provide technical information when required
Follow up on quote inquiries and pricing request
Posses the confidence to make professional sales presentation and demonstration in front of old, new and potential clients
Ongoing account management including developing new strategies for existing customers
Execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
Provide personalize sales strategies for customers and maintain long lasting relationships
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Sales leadership and strategic planning skills
Highly professional, charismatic and confident
Excellent communicator
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong team player
